Restaurant account

The person creating or managing a restaurant profile must be authorized to represent the business. Staff access is role-based. Keep organization, branch, menu, price, availability, hours, fulfilment, payout and contact information accurate.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your menu descriptions, ingredients, allergens, preparation, food safety, lawful operation, offers, campaign copy, order acceptance or rejection, preparation times and fulfilment. Tell customers promptly when an item or service is unavailable.

PrepOrder marketplace

PrepOrder provides discovery, ordering, payment coordination, communications, analytics and restaurant tools. Commercial fees, settlement timing, payout requirements and any delivery arrangement are the terms shown in the applicable onboarding or commercial agreement. PrepIQ-linked business intelligence may be generated from selected, structured and aggregated marketplace signals.

Content and suspension

You grant PrepOrder the permissions needed to display your restaurant and menu content in the service. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential or personal information that is not needed for the feature. PrepOrder may restrict access when necessary for security, fraud prevention, service integrity or unresolved account requirements.
